Un saggio che si legge con interesse anche perché Wilde scriveva in un modo per nulla noioso, anzi… Ottima decisione, la tua, di postare questo saggio. Uno dei pochi blog, il tuo, che fa veramente cultura.
RispondiEliminaE' un saggio spesso citato per qualche aforisma ma penso poco conosciuto nella sua interezza. Oscar Wilde ha una prosa acuta e spesso ironica ed ho trovato piacevole provare a fare una nuova traduzione. Non so se una traduzione all'altezza, anche per il mio inglese limitato, ma ho cercato di essere molto fedele al testo.
